BuildPilot remains responsible for selecting service providers appropriate to the processing they perform. Where BuildPilot acts as processor for customer-controlled personal data, these providers may act as subprocessors to the extent they process that data on BuildPilot's behalf.

Some providers operate globally. Where BuildPilot's use of a provider amounts to a restricted transfer from the UK, an appropriate UK transfer mechanism or lawful exception must be available.
