Our approach
We aim for clear structure, keyboard-operable controls, meaningful labels, readable contrast, responsive layouts and text that can be enlarged without loss of core functionality. Accessibility is reviewed as the product changes.
Known limitations
BuildPilot is under active development. Some complex commercial tables, generated documents, charts, third-party hosted interfaces or older application areas may not yet provide an equivalent experience for every assistive technology.
Third-party services
Some journeys open services controlled by third parties, including payment interfaces. Their accessibility is governed by those providers.

Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do and, if useful, the assistive technology or browser used. We will consider a reasonable alternative and prioritise material barriers.
